DETOX YOUR BODY + MIND
Saunas have been used for centuries for their therapeutic benefits. Our facilities have both traditional and infrared saunas. Traditional saunas involve wooden rooms filled with heated air, while infrared saunas use infrared heaters to emit radiant heat directly onto the body. Both types of saunas provide a range of benefits, from reduced stress, hormone regulation, endorphin release and mood improvement, to detoxification.
Consistency is the real game-changer!
At Pure Recovery, we know that true transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes, it comes from consistency. Whether it’s committing to regular contrast therapy, IV drips, or compression sessions, showing up for yourself creates lasting energy, resilience, and results. Consistency turns healthy choices into habits, and habits into a lifestyle that supports your long-term wellness journey.

WHY IT WORKS
Infrared Sauna uses gentle, penetrating heat to warm you from the inside out, improving circulation, easing joint stiffness, and promoting detoxification — all at a comfortable 120–150°F. Traditional Sauna delivers the classic high-heat experience (160–200°F) that’s been linked to cardiovascular conditioning, muscle relaxation, and improved skin health.
Extra Perks:
Both boost endorphins, enhance mood, and help regulate sleep cycles.
Science Bonus
Saunas trigger heat-shock proteins, which repair damaged cells, and post-sauna cooling creates a natural drop in core temperature that helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Fun Facts
You can burn anywhere from 80–250 calories in a single session, just by sitting, sweating, and chilling (literally).

Extra Perks
Improved mood, better sleep, glowing skin, and that “I can take on anything” mental clarity.

Science Bonus
Alternating heat and cold stimulates heat-shock and cold-shock proteins, which help protect and repair your cells while improving heart rate variability, a key marker of recovery.
