How does Compression Therapy work?
Compression therapy is a form of treatment that involves applying pressure to a specific area of the body to improve circulation and reduce swelling. The pressure or compression is applied in a pattern to allow for the blood vessels to constrict and dilate, increasing blood flow and promoting relaxation.
What types of Compression Therapy are offered?
Compression Therapy for various areas of the body including legs, hips, and arms. Freestanding massage guns are available for targeted compression to use before, during or after a session.
How long does Compression Therapy last?
Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes. An individual session is meant to target a specific area of the body.
What should I wear?
It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing with no metal or zippers.
What amenities are provided within the Compression Room?
The Compression Room is equipped with reclinable chairs, a television, and massage guns.
Where do I park?
Parking is located at the rear of the building off the alley. There are 2 spaces directly behind the building and an additional 6 in the parking lot across the alley. All spaces are marked with PURE.
How long before my appointment should I arrive?
Arrival 5 minutes prior to your appointment time is recommended.
What amenities are provided within the facility?
The facility includes a filtered water dispenser with cups, and refreshments + snacks + swag for purchase.
Can I perform any of these services if I am pregnant or have a medical condition?
We do not recommend any of our services if you are pregnant or have a medical condition. Always consult a physician prior to starting a new treatment.
